What do CarePartners do?
Harvest provides non-medical home care to help people increase their strength, purpose and connection. Our CarePartners help clients M.E.S.H. — Move, Eat, Sleep, Heal — by assisting with basic human activities like exercise, transportation, light housekeeping, grocery shopping and meal preparation, sleep hygiene, medication reminders, bathing and personal care. We’re looking for CarePartners with great people skills, who are also patient, compassionate, and on-time.
Requirements
Eligible CarePartners must meet ALL these requirements:
- Have at least 6 months care experience, equivalent or a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN. (Inquire about Harvest’s Apprentice program if you are new to the field)
- Be physically capable of assisting clients with mobility, including lifting and transferring.
- Pass a comprehensive background check and have 2 professional references.
- Have valid in-state driver’s license, a car, and auto insurance in your name.
- Be willing to travel to your clients.

4. What kind of hours are available?
Our CarePartner shifts normally range from 3 to 8 hours, including overnight shifts.
